Age Swimming National Championships

The Australian Institute of
Sport in Canberra played host to the 2010 Age
Multi-Class Swimming Championships recently
with 4 of Wheelchair Sports
WA’s brightest swimming stars competing in the
event.
Luke Smith was the standout
West Australian performer, qualifying and
competing in 9 events and setting a massive 7
new
personal best times on his
way to 2 Gold Medals and 2 Bronze Medals. The
two events Luke didn’t PB in he was less than
half a second away from his
previous best.
Liam Smith notched up 2
personal best times in the 100m backstroke and
50m freestyle.
Brendon Masters and Megan
Saggers also swam in the event, with Brendon
able to better his previous best in the 50m
freestyle.
Results have been slow to
