Wheelchair Sports WA has an ongoing commitment to provide more than just competitive sporting opportunities to our members, we have enjoyed a wide range of recreation days that allow members to get together in a relaxed, social environment. Over the years members of Wheelchair Sports WA have tested their fishing skills on the Swan River, tackled the Cape to Cape trail and the Bibbulmun Track, set sail with Sailability and the Royal Perth Yacht Club, the ladies of Wheelchair Sports WA have also tested their fitness at the Women’s Only Fun Run. 

With many more fun and exciting Recreation Days planned for 2013, be sure to keep an eye on Wheelies Mail and the website for regular updates and reminders about upcoming events.

Our younger Members of WSWA also look forward to the Sports Camp and the Junior Camp every year. Junior members spend a weekend with their peers trying activities such as abseiling, flying fox, rafting, kayaking and The Amazing Race.

Junior Camp is held in January each year with Sports Camp in September/October school holidays.
